All Remote support is carried out by our trained and qualified staff, our experience is to your benefit as we can fix problems fast.
By getting one of our It Manged Support Plans you are effectively getting an IT Department on Call, our office hours are from 6.0am to 11pm every day.

We also Design a disaster recovery Plan for your office in the event of a catastrophic failure with some systems being needed on demand we know how this is critical to your needs.

Usefull Information
When booking a tech please make sure you give a description of your problem and Model Make of Computer or laptop. By providing this information we can evaluate what could be causing your issues, and have take the correct parts to the onsite job, if we do not have in stock your parts we will order and provide you with a obligation free quote.
In most cases we can fix your computer or laptop onsite, but some times we need to order parts like system boards and controller cards if needed as we dont stock every item.
Please note we only supply Genuine Parts where possible and give you the option of Generic parts if available most of the time the just dont have the Manufactueres logos but its an OEM from the Same Manufacturer.
