Computer Repair Minto Faulty Graphics Card and Ram

We had an onsite visit to Repair a Computer in Minto, on arrival the client had installed windows 10  upgrade unfortunately his computer started playing up.

We thought it was a power issue and tested the power supply but was ok,

We had a C1 error on the system board suggesting Faulty Ram or CPU. we tested the ram and found it to be faulty we replaced it with 16GB or Kingston Ram, and tested pc again with no errors but still getting a black screen. Client was using a Radeon 6850 graphics card a few years old not but still ok., We also tried new drivers but still failed, It was also faulty we replaced it with a Geforce 610 2gb graphics card, and tested ok.

The computer had possibly had some power issues or power surge which is covered by Contents insurance if you need to make a claim check what your excess is as it may be more than what the repair is worth.
